Certain Services, such as paid plans or purchases, are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, or harmful use of the Services.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Services.
• No development of competing AI or image-generation services based on our Services.
• Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Uploaded Content and Generated Outputs

You retain ownership of any content you upload ("Input"). By submitting Input, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Services. Generated outputs (e.g., AI-generated posters, responses) are automatically created by AI technologies. We do not guarantee uniqueness, ownership, or freedom from intellectual property claims regarding outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

MeowRex Ltd. and its licensors retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Services. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services and Outputs for lawful purposes.

8. Data Privacy

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. Termination may occur without notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEOWREX LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR OUTPUTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeowRex Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Sofia, Bulgaria. Class action waivers apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
